General English courses for adults

General English courses for adults are held twice a week, with 90-minute lessons -ideal for students for whom two visits a week best fit their other daily commitments.

These courses are designed for both beginners and higher-level students (levels A1 to C2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages - CEFR). Groups can have between four and eight participants, which is the ideal size. Each course covers 60 lessons, and a minimum of 120 lessons is required to complete a full level.

In group classes, students have the opportunity to learn both from the teacher and from one another, through role-plays, pair work, small-group work, and presentations they prepare and deliver themselves. The materials used are textbooks from renowned international publishers such as Oxford University Press, Cambridge University Press, Longman, and Macmillan. These textbooks serve only as a guide, since the teacher uses a variety of teaching aids and supplementary materials tailored to each group - and sometimes to each individual student - depending on their needs.

The teacher follows the prescribed curriculum for grammar and vocabulary at each level, while having the freedom to adapt materials to the group's needs and interests. Additional resources include the latest interactive teaching materials, online sources, articles from various foreign magazines and newspapers, short films, interactive materials, audio-video materials, and online resources we provide to our students to help them progress as effectively and quickly as possible.
